Editorial Board members play an important role in maintaining academic standards, supporting a robust peer-review process, and contributing to the development and dissemination of high-quality research.

Editorial Board members receive a 25% waiver on publication fees for manuscripts published in any IARP journal.
2. Responsibilities of Editorial Board Members
IARP Editorial Board members are expected to:
- Oversee and support the peer-review process in accordance with journal policies and ethical standards.
- Evaluate manuscripts objectively and contribute informed recommendations concerning acceptance, revision, or rejection.
- Uphold principles of academic integrity, research ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality.
- Identify and appropriately address potential conflicts of interest and ethical concerns.
- Collaborate professionally with authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial staff.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of journal quality, policies, and scholarly standards.
- Participate, where appropriate, in editorial meetings, policy discussions, special issues, and other scholarly initiatives.

3. Qualifications
Candidates for Editorial Board positions are generally expected to demonstrate:

Doctoral Qualification: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant academic discipline is normally required. Candidates with substantial scholarly achievements and recognized expertise may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Established Academic Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in a relevant field through peer-reviewed publications, research, citations, professional experience, or other recognized scholarly contributions.

Peer-Review or Editorial Experience: Previous editorial service or substantial experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable.

Commitment to Research Integrity: A strong commitment to ethical scholarly publishing, transparency, academic integrity, and responsible research practices.

Professionalism and Reliability: The ability to manage editorial responsibilities effectively, communicate professionally, and meet agreed deadlines.

Interested scholars are invited to complete the IARP Editorial Board Application Form. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are evaluated according to the applicant’s academic qualifications, subject expertise, scholarly contributions, and the editorial needs of the relevant journal.
Applications are reviewed periodically on a rolling basis across all 5 international multidisciplinary journals.
